Custom pricing
Our services are tailored to each client’s requirements. Project costs depend on the scope of work, technical complexity and agreed deliverables. You will receive a personalised quotation before making any payment. Once approved, a secure invoice or payment link will be provided.
For this reason we do not publish a standard fixed-price catalogue or a shopping cart. Every price is quoted individually for the project in front of us.
How the process works
- Enquiry. You tell us what you need, through our contact form or a quote request.
- Personalised quotation. We send a written quotation setting out the scope of work, the deliverables, the milestones, the fee, the currency and the payment schedule.
- Your approval. Nothing is charged until you approve that quotation in writing.
- Invoice or payment link. We issue an invoice or a secure provider-hosted payment link showing the description, amount, currency and any applicable taxes or charges.
- Deposit. You pay the agreed deposit on the provider’s secure page.
- Project start. Payment is confirmed automatically by the payment provider and work begins.
- Milestones. Remaining amounts are invoiced against the milestones in the quotation, and deliverables are handed over digitally as described in our Service Delivery Policy.
What you know before you pay
Before any payment is taken you will have, in writing: the exact amount, the currency of that amount, what the payment covers, and any taxes or charges that apply. The payment methods and currencies available to you are the ones displayed on the secure payment page at the time of payment.
Security
Payments are made only on the secure pages of our payment providers. We never ask for card numbers, CVV codes or other raw card details by email, telephone or through a form on this website.
