What we deliver
We supply professional services and digital deliverables: websites, web and mobile applications, designs, brand assets, written content and marketing work. There is no physical shipment. Everything is delivered electronically.
How delivery works
- Deliverables are handed over digitally, by email, a shared link, a staging environment, a repository or deployment to the hosting you nominate.
- Work is delivered in the milestones set out in your accepted quotation.
- Each milestone is submitted for your review, and we act on your consolidated feedback within the revision rounds the quotation provides.
- Final files and access credentials are released on completion and full payment of the project.
Timing
Delivery dates are the ones agreed in your quotation. Work begins after the agreed deposit has been received. Because every project is bespoke, we do not publish a single standard delivery period.
What we need from you
Timelines assume you provide content, brand material, approvals, third-party access and feedback when they are requested. Where something is outstanding on your side, the affected dates move by the length of the delay, and we tell you in writing when that happens.
Acceptance
A milestone is accepted when you confirm it in writing, or when the review period stated in the quotation passes without comments from you.
If something is wrong
Tell us and we will correct any delivered item that does not match the agreed scope. Report it to billings@redfeathersolutions.com with the project name and a description of the problem, and we will respond in writing with how and when it will be fixed.
